Welcome to Raising Roots Flower Farm! These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (www.raisingrootsflowerfarm.com) and the purchase of Dahlia tubers (“Products”) from our online store. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our website or purchasing from us.

 

1. Sales of Dahlia Tubers

By placing an order with Raising Roots Flower Farm, you are making an offer to purchase Dahlia tubers under the terms of these Terms and Conditions. Your order is not binding until it has been confirmed by Raising Roots Flower Farm and payment has been processed. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons such as pricing errors, product unavailability, or other issues.

 

2. Order Processing

  • Payment: All orders must be paid in full before shipping. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, PayPal, ApplePay, and Venmo.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please review the details to ensure everything is accurate.

  • Shipping: Shipping times may vary depending on your location and availability of the products. We will provide you with an estimated delivery time during the checkout process.

 

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your delivery address.

  • Delivery Timeframe: We aim to ship your Dahlia tubers in April and May once the overnight low temperatures are above freezing. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and third-party carriers.

4. Refund Policy

  • Please inspect your dahlia tubers immediately when they arrive. All refund requests much occur within 7 days of receipt of the tuber.

  • If you believe there is an issue with your order, please email us at raisingrootsflowerfarm@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product and include the following:

    • Your order confirmation number​

    • Clear, focused photos of the tuber in question

    • A brief description of the issue

  • All tubers are inspected prior to shipping and have at least 1 viable "eye". Some eyes take a few weeks to "wake up" and begin sprouting.

  • Once the tubers leave our farm, we entrust them to your loving care. We are no longer responsible for loss due to: 

    • incorrect storage conditions upon receipt​

    • weather conditions

    • pest/critter damage

  • By purchasing Raising Roots Flower Farm dahlia tubers, you are agreeing to this Refund Policy.

5. Product Descriptions & Availability

  • We strive to accurately describe our Dahlia tubers, including their size, color, and characteristics. However, please note that slight variations may occur due to the nature of the plants.

  • Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any items available for sale and to discontinue products at our discretion.

 

6. Customer Responsibility

By purchasing from Raising Roots Flower Farm, you are responsible for ensuring that you plant and care for the Dahlia tubers in accordance with proper horticultural practices. We do not guarantee specific growing results, as growing conditions may vary.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raising Roots Flower Farm is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. This includes any loss of profits, business, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
